I’m looking for someone’s to take over my room in an all-girls, Christian flat in 5 cross roads area. There are three other girls living in the flat ages ranging from 19-23 with a mix of working and studying full time, so we’re looking for a single girl to join. The house is a 5 minute drive from the uni and about 10 minutes from the cbd.
Move in date is preferably the first week of November (between 4th-8th) but can be discussed.
Rent is $160 per week and utilities is split evenly monthly
You will have the second largest room with a walk in closet.
All the rooms are on the second floor, with the first floor having an open plan kitchen and living room.
