Hey!! I'm looking for someone in their early to mid 20's to take over a room in a large, warm, and sunny home in Opoho, Dunedin. The room available is a smaller bedroom in a 4-bedroom home, due to the smaller size room you have some leeway with extra power or heating which is discussed with the flatties. You will be living with 3 other female flatmates who are in their 20's, 2 work full-time, and the other is studying. They are all friendly, kind, and will make you feel comfortable right away! They also attend Elim Church here in Dunedin and would be happy to bring you along with them!
The flat has a social and family vibe with regular activities like flat dinners, baking, homemade kombucha, arts & crafts, table tennis in the garage, tramping, going for walks, and just generally having fun :)
Rent is $181.25 weekly, monthly bills (power + wifi) are split evenly, and we put some money in a shared flat account weekly to cover flat dinners and any other flat expenses.
There are 2 off-street carparks, plenty of street parking, and there's also a bus stop right outside.
