Room has a built-in wardrobe and is furnished with a bed/linen/duvets and set of drawers (can potentially add additional storage or a desk if needed). Window has a security screen which can be locked/unlocked.
House also has a large double garage with an additional side space that can be used for DIY/projects etc. Toilet and bathroom are shared.
A little about me, I'm a Christian male caucasian in my late 20s, I'm friendly and enjoy the occasional board game but generally keep to myself, so while I'm happy to socialize a bit there won't be any pressure to.
No smokers, pets or couples. Rent covers internet and reasonable usage of power/water.
