I’m running a Christian flat and have one bedroom to fill. This bedroom has a wardrobe. The whole inside of the house has been freshly painted with new carpet throughout most of the house. The lounge is joint to the kitchen area and gets the sun throughout the day. The house is down a long driveway off the immediate street which makes it quiet. The private backyard is fully fenced.
This house is in Casebrook which makes it nice and quick to get around Christchurch including to the city, Northlands mall, airport and the beach.
I run this Christian flat and aim to have it as a place where everyone feels at home and it’s peaceful. I do encourage open communication and I’m not keen to have heaps of rules. I do want to find flat mates that have similar Christian values to mine and are like minded. For renting the room it will be $190 per week. Bond will be $380.00. Power and internet bills will be spilt between residence. All you need to do is bring your bedroom things and sort your food.
