Looking for female working professionals, or full-time students as we are very chill and quiet and we are also house proud! Happy to hang out and chat or watch tv or just do our own thing and hobbies. There is a super lovely cat so a cat lover is a must.
The room is a double room but can fit a queen bed comfortably. Has plenty of sunlight during the day and it's quite warm. You will be sharing a big family toilet with just one other lady. And there is also 1 separate toilet in the house. The head tenant goes to Life Church Central too :)
The house is located on a cul-de-sac road, so it's very quiet and has plenty of on-street parking. It is super close to Glen Innes station, Lunn Ave and Sylvia Park. Also Countdown, Pak’n’Save, Chemist Warehouse, and everything else you need!
Room is unfurnished. Perfect for someone to settle and have their own space :)
Rent is $245 + 35 utilities / per week Bond is 2 weeks total & 2 weeks rent in advance as rent gets paid fortnightly. No couples or more pets, sorry! No smokers.
