UPDATE

Room available now!

We are needing to fill this room asap as I have moved out of Wellington to be with my fiancé!
Rent is $154pw, Bond $640 with expenses calculated at the end of every month but is usually around the $20pw mark.
When I moved in, it was the first time that all of us were Catholic so sometimes we'd carpool to mass on Sundays but it doesn't matter what denomination you are, if you love Jesus and live with christian values we would love to have you join our flat whānau! The tenants are evenly split between 2 guys and 2 gals and the age range is between early 20s and early 30s. Overall we do our own thing and it can sometimes be a little like ships passing in the night but we do like to hang out when we have a free moment and do a movie night, youtube karaoke, coffee, cafe trips etc. We also have a roster for chores that rotates every 3 weeks I think?

The room can fit a queen bed, the 2 tenants before me both had a queen bed in there, however the base would need to be disassembled to take it up the stairs. I had a king single with a chest of drawers and bookshelf fitting easily with enough floor space in the middle to do pilates. The wardrobe has a tv aerial cable (unsure if this works as I didn't use it). It also has rails and a shelf above the rails for clothes and other things, however there are some other random free spaces if you can't fit all your belongings in the room. Please find the room measurements and the wardobe measurements in the photos attached :)

All the kitchenware is provided but we all have different schedules so you'll need to do your own shopping. There are 2 fridges and I used to split my food over the 2, just keep them in separate places to the others/labelled. You'll also have a shelf in the pantry to store pantry items.

There are 2 toilets (one upstairs, one downstairs) and a shower and a spa bath upstairs. There is also a cupboard upstairs that I stored my winter blankets, a downstairs cupboard in the garage and some limited space in the kitchen for storing items.

There's a washing line out back and a laundromat down the road if you wish to use a dryer (unless you have one you can bring with you). There's also a shed out back where you can store some garden items if you're into that sort of thing.

There is a bus stop right outside the house and there are a couple others about 5 minutes walk away. I think there are 3 different buses that will take you where you need to be. There is also free on street parking available and some space on the property outside/on one side of the garage for a pushbike/motorbike/moped.

If there's anything I've missed feel free to get in touch with any questions you may have :)
