We are one believer (the head tenant) and two tidy and considerate other flatmates. We are looking for a mature and considerate flatmate.  

We love this place. It is close to the beach, we keep it clean, and it has fantastic views.  

Rent is $210 a week. Bills average out to roughly $30 a week on top of that. Bond is 2 weeks rent.  So the total move in cost is $840.  Parking is on street, but the street and neighbourhood are quiet. 

The room is available now. It is currently unfurnished, but there is an option to have it furnished.
