The location is amazing, walking distance to Cornwall Park (perfect for runs, walks, or a weekend reset) and super easy access to the motorway, making getting around Auckland a breeze. We’re also close to supermarkets and other essentials.
Our home is peaceful and tucked back from the road, with great shared spaces including a large living area, a second lounge upstairs, and a spa pool that’s especially good in winter. There’s shared off-street parking, plus plenty of on-street parking if needed.
We’re a group of chilled, sociable Christian women in our 20s and 30s. While we all have our own routines, we genuinely value creating a home. We check in, spend time together when we can, and enjoy the occasional games night, ice cream, or faith chats.
Rent is $330/week, with $30/week for expenses (power, WiFi, water, and shared flat goods like oil, spices, flour, TP etc.).
