I'm a 24y/o male and working full-time as an Engineer in the city. My other flatmate is a female professional in her early twenties. Looking for a flatmate in their 20s ideally that would be interested in sharing a meal once and a while and keen to be mates.
The master is quite large with two wardrobes and has an ensuite.
The house has a massive modern kitchen and lots of living space with views of the Mount.
$260pw is for the ensuite room before expenses. A couple would be another $30 a week. Power, internet etc is $30 per week.
Location is 10 out of 10 and great if you work in the city and quite accessible if you work in the mount. I usually cycle to work (takes about 5-10min) and the flat is also just around the corner from Grange Road Takeaways, Tauranga Golf Club and Benny & Brew.
