Existing members of the household = 3x professionals and 1x teenager. Very homely, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. If you like music, there is piano, guitar, and ukulele too. The weekly rent is $350/week for one person. Fixed utility costs such as power, gas, water, also unlimited wifi, cleaning consumables, laundry powder, and toilet tissue are already included.
