I am sadly losing my current two flatmates who have lived here the past two years - one is getting married and the other is moving in with their sibling. We’ve loved spending time together watching tv shows (like Gilmore Girls and Friends) whilst crafting or having late night chats and have worked to make this house a friendly and cozy home where we can relax in the evenings. Ideally I would love to find similar flatmates who also enjoy crafts, boardgames, movie nights or reruns of old tv shows. Also, if you think 2025 is your year to get engaged, I’ve helped 3 out of the past 4 flatmates with their weddings and love helping find inspirations for the decorations! The house is a great location for postgrad students or young professionals - it is very close to the university and on multiple bus lines to the hospital and into town. The smaller room is $170 per week and the larger is $190 (including power/internet). I own the house and have a cat called Toby who is very friendly and well behaved.
