Please only apply if you are a practising Christian woman who does not smoke, no drugs or vaping, no porn, no heavy/daily drinkers, not into video games, light occasional drinking is fine. I personally don’t smoke, vape, or do drugs. I am health conscious of my eating & lifestyle. I do not drink at all as I train for a sport to compete at the national level. I train in the gym & swim x 4 per week. My faith background is a mixture of Presbyterian + Pentecostal + Baptist churches. I work full-time. I am seeking a like-minded, respectful, honest, tidy flatmate (uni student or yopro) who can pay rent on time & follow House Rules. Your tenancy must be at least 10 months *Priority will be given to a single Christian woman with a full-time job. At least 1 referee is needed. You must be able to prove that you don’t miss rent.* I am not too fussed with your age, 18 -  mid 40s is fine. According to a landlord I was with for ~2 years, I was the best tenant that he’s had because I don’t miss bills, I am tidy & considerate. I have paperwork to prove this.

✅ FAB living location! ~25min walk to Henderson train station, ~20 minutes walk to CityFitness&other gyms (choices!) + local swimming pool+ 3 churches including Church Unlimited, Henderson Baptist, Korean Presbyterian, 4 minutes by car to the PAK’n SAVE. 

✅ Again, a handy location in Auckland! By car, it's ~23minutes to Britomart/Auckland CBD, ~25minutes to AUT Northshore, ~30minutes to AUT South Auckland campus (google).

✅ The property does not have a garage, but you will have your own private parking space directly on the property instead of parking on the street.  

✅The house has an extra office/study room, which you can use for extra storage or to work from home during your WFH days. 

✅ As part of your tenancy in this new house, you will have access to a proper oven, four ceramic stove tops & dishwasher. There is a new heat pump in the lounge.  

✅ Over the next few days, I will buy a large fridge & freezer, a microwave, a dining table and chairs, a washing machine & a dryer. No need for you to go to a laundromat!

✅ If you like cats, that's a bonus, as I own a very cute, but shy ~2 year old fur son known as Toby, the cat. Toby can give great cuddles. 

✅ Tidy, clean, yopro flatmate. I will vacuum & mop the house (minus your room+bathroom) once a week, usually Sunday arvo.
Cost: $325 rent + $30 (this includes power, water, internet, rubbish bags) per week. I can adjust this $30 during the weeks you are away.

I am an extrovert when working, but I like my chill time at home. When not training for sports or working full-time as a teacher, my hobbies include painting, some gardening & cooking for people. I am South Korean by ethnicity, but South Island, New Zealand, has been my home since 1994. Last yr, I was asked to be the Youth Pastor at my church.
