I work from home but am also often away for work (Run events in schools).
I am open to any age. I would consider a school leaver moving to Auckland but they would need to be reasonably self sufficient.
I would also consider the situation where someone needs accommodation for only 2-3 nights a week and charge accordingly.
Must be a Christian.
What I charge would be case dependent on who the person is and their needs.
House has a large rumpus room that serves as a second lounge, you would have access to this when not needed for work use or church commitments. Spa Pool.
Power, Internet, water would be included in agreed price. Room currently furnished with a single bed, book shelf, and draws.
