This is a three bedroom home in Hoon Hay, Christchurch owned by myself. The room available can be seen in the photo attached, with built in double wardrobe not shown. The room is ideal for a single bed though could fit a double (please note the room photo shown is from the sale listing, the room is unfurnished). Room is available for $175/week rent, $7/week for shared cleaning products and pantry items, and internet and electricity bills split equally each month.
The room is available from Saturday 11th October. Home is in a great location, down a long drive, close to bus stops. It is previously Healthy Homes certified so in good warm/dry shape. You will be flatting with two Christian girls aged 26 and 28, who lead busy lives including work, study and church commitments, but are social and look forward to some flat activities together!
