You should be independent and can take care of your own shopping and cooking. You should be friendly, tidy, and enjoy a relaxed home environment and sociable for catch ups but not necesarily for social outings. You do need to remember to leave the kitchen and other communal areas tidy.
There are two double bedrooms available, 2.9m x 3.2m with a large wardrobe. (sorry my photo makes the room look small because of a single bed in it, but it is the size as described 2.9 x3.2m). If you are first in, you can decide which room, (your choice may be influenced by the amount of sunshine you want). Until the second room is filled, it can be used as an office or chillout room, or you may choose to negotiate exclusive use for it.
Open plan dining, kitchen and living area is downstairs with an additional toilet. Laundry and garage combined. Currently no clothes dryer as there is a very good environmentally friendly washing line.
Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. Bathroom has a bath and shower, and heated towel rail.
This is a smoke, vaping, drug and pet free home. Overnight visitors by arrangement please.

Cost: $200 per week plus $30 pw for expenses = $230 per week
Move in costs: 2 weeks rent in advance + 1 week for bond = $600 move in cost
