We have the sleep-out available for $220 including power and internet.
The sleep-out has these features:
- A small kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven and stove.
- A double bed and cabinet
- Afternoon sun with a small deck
- Parking on the property
- Swimming pool in the backyard (up between September and April)
- We are right next to the beautiful Waikareao Estuary and only a 10 min drive from the beach.
