The room has east and north facing windows so gets plenty of morning and midday sun. For the winter months the house has central heating.
The ensuite has a great shower with a rain-head and normal shower head, a heated towel rail, heaps of storage in the vanity drawers and behind the mirror, and of course a toilet. The walk-in wardrobe has shelving and drawers built in.
The lease is fixed term until December 2025 with the option to renew.

The room will unfurnished but the common areas (lounge, kitchen, laundry) are already fitted out
Dinners are currently shared between the flatmates four nights a week
