The room available can fit a Queen bed and desk, and has good wardrobe space. There is a single bed that can go in the room if you'd like, and I also have a queen bed that could be used (but would charge $15 a week extra for the queen bed)
House is in Grammar zone, close to train station, buses, National Womens Hospital and Epsom shops.
There is offstreet parking and also space if you are a family.
House is fully furnished.
Utilities (power, water and internet) are on top of rent and split equally.
