Hey there - we‘re a young family (Dad, Mum + 3 boys) and have just moved into Royal Heights Massey and have a room available for a boarder.
The space is large and light filled, it’s a downstairs rumpus with attached laundry (has a sink) and the toilet and shower are upstairs with our family. It is kitted out with a queen bed, a desk and chair, a piano and a wardrobe with shelving. Wifi available. There is also space in the cupboard under the stairs for storage. Parking will be either on the street or may be up the drive although the buses are just at the top of the road to get into town.
We are looking for someone who is Christian, can cope with living with a young family and will be mostly cooking for and cleaning for themselves. We will need to access the laundry at appropriate times as negotiated. There may be babysitting offered if it’s the right fit! Room will be $235/week including power, water, internet. Food not included.
