We have a large home with plenty of room to find your space. Jim and I are downstairs and in our late 50's so very little to do with us while one other in his 40s and the occasional guests/airbnb who would use the spare room.
Rent is 200 a week and 40 for power and Internet. Bond is two weeks rent and two weeks rent is paid in advance.
