Hi, I am subletting my room for semester 2. The room is available from June 23rd to Febuary 8th of 2026 - although I can be slightly flexible with dates if needed.
The room is massive (2.9 x 7.4 m) and can come unfurnished or furnished depending on your needs.
You'll be flatting with 7 other Christians, some uni students and some young professionals (all early to mid 20's). The flat is mixed with roughly half girls and guys. There is two houses on the property - the available room is in the smaller house - which functionally means you will be sharing common spaces with 3 other people. There is a great Christian community in the flat - people tend to eat together and we run a Bible study once a week.
Jellie park is a short walk away, UC and Laidlaw are both about 10 mins bike so it definitely works for students. There are plenty of bus stops close by and parking on and off street.
