The house is two minutes from the Onewa Road on-ramp, so it's very quick to get on the motorway, and 2 minutes from Northcote shops.
There is a big living area and deck with great views of the water. There is also plenty of off street parking in the driveway and Onepoto domain is walking distance.
The bond is $830, and the move in date is flexible.
