We're a retired couple in our early 60's who mostly travel NZ in our motorhome but occasionally come home for short breaks. Our 25 yr old daughter is a university student living in our home full time and she finds it a bit quiet when we're away so is looking for a female flatmate. So for most of the year you'd have one flatmate but sometimes "the olds" will be home as well. For this reason we've kept the price lower than market rent.
All expenses are included (power, water, wifi etc) and we're looking for someone who is tidy and considerate. Sorry, no pets, smokers or parties.
