Beautiful house in rural Katikati, set in the tranquility of natural bush, with private bush tracks on the 4.2 hectares of the property.  A real sanctuary that renews your spirit.  See the wild deer grazing on the lawn in the morning and wake up to beautiful views across to Mount Maunganui.  Very peaceful, relaxing house if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life.  The house is spacious and very private with separate private Lounge and Dining Areas.  I have 3 x rooms available but will only let 2 out at this stage so you will get your pick of what room you want, first in first served!  

There is a main bathroom that is shared with 1 x other boarder I have at the moment, I have my own bathroom (Ensuite) attached to my bedroom.  The spacious kitchen has dedicated space for each person in the pantry and fridge and I have an extra fridge/freezer downstairs to provide more space if required.

All the rooms available are fully furnished with beds, furniture, TV and Chromecast, linen and bath towels are provided.  The $220 per week includes power, gas, high speed internet and I clean the house regularly (including your bathroom) you are just expected to keep it tidy.  There is a fire place for heating and I provide the firewood.  You will need to provide your own food and toiletries & laundry products.  There is a dryer you can use in the laundry or if you prefer there is a clothes lines or clothes rack to use.

I am a Christian, passionate about The Lord and the other boarder I have at present is also a follower of Jesus Christ.  I would love for other Christians to be part of this household, who are dedicated to Christ, as I see it as God's house and he provides for his children!
