A bit about me, I work full time and I am looking for someone who is preferably working full time. Although open to discussion on other situations like studying/working. My other flat mate works full time (4 days a week). We are in the 30-40 age range.
The house is close to the Red Beach shops and walking distance to the beach.
The house has double glazed windows and has had updates in the kitchen and bathroom.
The rent is $200 plus power and water.
I have a cat so you'd have to be okay with that. No other pets at this stage sorry.
