Use of whole fully furnished house for up to six months while I'm away tramping Te Araroa Trail commencing this October. Room available from September.
Cheap rent in return for caring for my two dogs, two cats and gardens. Possibility of staying on afterwards if you like it well enough. I'm the only other resident.
There are some raised garden beds which will have vegetables in them for you, plus strawberries, blueberries, a lemon tree, tangelo, very small peaches, plums, other berry fruits etc. Some fruits through the summer and into autumn. All predominantly organic.
My house is currently in the process of redecorating so is not perfect, but it's definitely cosy, warm and comfortable. Off street parking available, no carport sorry. Can lock gate overnight if wished. Back house, fairly quiet location and lovely neighbours.
Fairly close to town, bus stop five to seven minutes walk, shops nearby and supermarket 15 minutes walk.

No smoking, vaping or drugs. Moderate alcohol ok.
