It's in a super great location!! It’s barely a 2 minute walk to Sylvia Park so close to the motorway and it’s right across the road from Countdown (which has night markets on Tuesdays).
Looking for flatmate who is friendly, clean, tidy and respectful. Currently 3 of us in the flat (2 females + a male), all in our twenties and working or on placement.
The room is $160 + $40 expenses per week (utilities and some shared basics).
