$200/week including internet and household supplies. Power would be split 50/50 and responsible for own food. Off street park available. Room comes unfurnished. Two weeks rent in advance is also required.
I am a 30 year old male cabinet maker and own my own home. Ideal flatmate would be someone, preferably male; who enjoys a quiet lifestyle, non smoker and happy to do own cooking.
