Shared area is kitchen, bathroom, dining with aircon & a small laundry space. It's a humble home but comfortable & supplied by large and recently cleaned rain water tank.
Shared expenses are power, basic lawn and grounds maintenance, starlink internet. Maximim 2 tenants total, as per rental agreement, so you won't be crowded.
Bring your outdoor furniture if you have any, plenty of space & amazing view as pictured.
Tenant leaving might be flexible on move date: between early to mid August.
