Reduced rent because it is short term. (market rate is around $700 for this house)
References from previous landlord and Pastor needed. The rent would be due two weeks in advance and a bond of 4 weeks rent when the contract is signed. No refunds once paid as I need to be sure the place is leased before I leave (unless I am able to re-tenant).
$450 plus power bill. Water would be a fixed rate negotiable depending on number of people.
