Recently bought house that will have a single male Christian living in it with his dog. He will be in the sleepout/garage that has it's own yard.
We are looking to fill two rooms in the main house. The house is double glazed and warm.
There is one bathroom to share between the two people inside. (The sleepout has it's own bathroom).
Currently this will be available from 16th of August. The price list includes internet, $235 being the smaller room and $245 being the bigger room. Power will be paid by the 3 people living at the property as this is variable.
