Recently bought house that will have a single male Christian living in it with his dog. He will be in the sleepout/garage that has it's own yard.
There is also a guy in his mid 40s living in one of the two bedrooms inside the house.
We are looking to fill one room in the main house. The house is double glazed and warm.
There is one bathroom to share between the two people inside. (The sleepout has it's own bathroom).
The photos listed are a little older, we have replaced all the curtains with newer ones, and the house is furnished now, the bedroom available is not currently furnished but happy to supply bed/drawers if needed.
The two people living at the property both attend the same church which is within 3 minute drive.
Available immediately. The price includes internet, $250. Power will be paid by the 3 people living at the property as this is variable.
