We are looking for a flatmate for a room becoming available in November. The house is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, with two living areas in Redwood. The house has just had ducted heating installed throughout, so you'll be nice and toasty in winter and cool in summer! The bedroom is large and has it's own toilet attached to the room.
You'll be sharing with three Christian guys in our 20s, one working and two students at UC. We're keen to find someone who is social and enjoys a fellowship with others. We want to create a welcoming home and a sense of community where we can share meals and hang out with each other.
If that sounds like you, feel free to get in touch!
Room is $210 per week plus WiFi, Power and cleaning supplies (Around $20 a week).
