We'll have a room available from around August onwards, with the move-in date being pretty flexible. You'll be living with two guys and one girl (mid to late 20s), a mix of postgrad students and working professionals. We're all pretty easy-going and are hoping to find someone who's keen to be part of the flat while also happy doing their own thing. We're a pretty social bunch and always enjoy a good board game. Lately we've been getting into frisbee golf too! We often end up chatting in the kitchen after work or uni, but we all really respect each other's space and downtime, so there's never any pressure to hang out.

The location is close to a bus stop, easy street parking, only a short drive (or bus ride) to the university and CBD. The room will be unfurnished, but we're happy to help you sort something out if needed.
