Hello and welcome. 

I have 2 rooms available to live in, both furnished and come with a bed, draws, study desk and office chair. 

House is very spacious. It is a 2 storey building, downstairs is a living room, open plan dining and spacious kitchen. Downstairs also has a separate toilet and laundry. 

Upstairs has another bathroom, with shower over bathtub. 3 bedrooms. I occupy one of the bedrooms so there are 2 bedrooms to choose from. 

House also has a back garden and front deck which gets all day sun. 

Location is amazing. 2 min walk downhill to Eskdale reserve network, with many bushwalks to choose from. Close to Birkenhead and Glenfield villages, with shops, cafes, library, swimming pool and Birkenhead has indoor climbing wall. 

It's close to CBD, 15 min drive when it's off peak traffic. Also close to North Shore hospital, beaches such as Takapuna beach which is only 10 min drive. 

About me: I am quiet, respectful. I enjoy nature, outdoors and exercising. I work at Shorecare emergency clinic. 

I also have 2 cats who are also quiet and chill. 

This arrangement would best suit a female, who shares Christian values, who is also polite and respectful. Someone who pays rent on time and is tidy.
