Good neighbours and is a 10 minute drive to Sylvia Park, Otahuhu shops and train station. Middlemore Hospital is about 15 mins away. Also convenient for those working around East Tamaki / Highbrook areas.
Rent excludes bills which are split 50/50, or if you prefer, can pay a flat rate of $40 per week in addition to the weekly rent. Off street parking is available and the room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk & chair, 32" tv/dvd player and ample storage with drawers and 2x wardrobes provided. If you have your own bed/furniture, please don't let this deter you, as the room can be available unfurnished (except wardrobes) if necessary.
Sorry but no couples, kids or smokers. Also no pets - I love cats, but sadly I have allergies and the property isn't suitably fenced to accommodate dogs either. Must be in full-time employment and reliable with rent and bills.
