We are looking for a female Christian flatmate to move into our empty room. There is a choice of two rooms: both are sunny and come with a built-in wardrobe. One has a double bed and the other has a queen bed.
The flat is close to Palmerston North CBD and a short walk to a few bus stops and New World. It’s warm and quiet. There is only street parking available (although the street is really wide and safe). We are happy with someone who wants to stay short-term (until the end of August) or long-term.
The rooms are available from the 22nd April. Rent is $194 per week and utilities (including a gardener and rubbish) is $45 per week. The bond is $966.66 which includes rent one week in advance.
About us: we are two Christian girls in their mid 20s who work and study full-time. We both currently attend Crossroads Church and go to the same bible study. We also have a super cool cat named Piper.
