We’re looking for a Male or Female Christian of similar age who’s also sociable, tidy and happy to contribute to making this house a home! We try to have flat dinners every so often and all enjoy having games nights or social hangs at the flat.
The house is situated close to the beach (5min walk) as well as 1min walk to the supermarket and Central Parade shops! We have a large living area/lounge, kitchen and two bathrooms. We have four carparks on the lawn out the front of the house.
The room available is a converted garage and has ample space for a King Size bed, drawers, desk and portable wardrobe if you'd like, its quite large. Ps. We have a makeshift laundry down one end of your room which is segregated by a freestanding cupboard & we have a storage cupboard available too for any extra things you may have.
Rent is $190 including rent, power, wifi and cleaning products. Bond is $600.
