We are next to Massey Uni, and are super close to Woolies Newtown, Wellington Hospital, and a short 10 minute walk into the CBD. We are also close to bus stops for the no. 3, 27, 18, 1, 4, 23 buses.
The room gets morning sun from the east window and is kitted out with brand new thermal, light-blocking curtains. Can come unfurnished or furnished with a bed, clothes rack, and desk if needed. The flat has two toilets (full bathroom and a second toilet), a dryer, a dishwasher, free power from 9 pm - 12 am, and two parking bays (off-street parking).
Rent is $242.50 per week + power/wifi, bond is $670 paid to the landlord.
The current flatmates are 3 Christian girls in their twenties, a high school teacher, graduate accountant, and a masters student. We are friendly and enjoy a yarn in the kitchen or having friends over for a meal, and we also have our own schedules. Ideally we are looking for another gal in her 20's or 30's either studying or working professionally.
