Nearby: Flagstaff shops, cafes, Countdown, bus stops, Parks etc.

This sunny room can fit a queen bed, and has private exterior access as well as your own bathroom (toilet, vanity and shower!). It has a small in-built closet, we would recommend a set of draws if you have a larger wardrobe. 

The room is slightly more removed from the rest of the house so is quiet and private, as it is on the other side of the garage. 

The flat itself is nice and sunny, with a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area. The house also has a large in-built scullery and second living space (currently home to a pool table and a few couches). Bifold doors from the lounge open into a concreted patio and small lawn area. No pets allowed, sorry. 

The House is in a great, friendly neighbourhood, low road noise, and less than 5 mins away from places like the Base, supermarkets, cafes, and many more!

We are a flat of 4 Christian girls aged ~21-24, seeking after the Lord's heart, so the same mentality is desired. We are a social flat and love having fellowship with each other and others, but also respect each other's privacy and quiet times.

Ideal Flatmate would be a girl of similar age, christian, respectful, cleanly, and cheerful!
