It gets lovely afternoon sun and can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference • Bedroom with built-in wardrobe, can be furnished with double bed, bedside table, tallboy drawers, (you provide your own linen). • Combined Living Dining with heat pump • Use of kitchen to cook meals, fridge to store food and washing machine for laundry. • Bathroom is shared, toilet is separate. • Street parking only - Bus stop is a 3-minute walk away – 72X and 72C takes you to Panmure Interchange for train to Auckland CBD or opposite way to Botany. • A partially blind cat lives on the premises so if allergic to cats probably not ideal • 5 mins driving to Highland Park and Howick town centres. Pak'nSave, Woolworths, cafes, shops, gyms, takeaway, schools, bus stops • I cannot offer you storage so anything that can't fit into your bedroom, you will need to arrange to store offsite

Professional 50+ female working in the legal industry. I have a one eye (partially blind) cat who is an indoor cat so must like cats. I work full-time and I WFH a couple of days a week. I am of Christian faith and looking for a compatible person to share my home with.
