Hi there! Welcome to our little corner of canz. We are looking to fill two spots in mid April. One of our flatmates is moving over seas and other heading into another flat.
The buildings are nothing fancy, but I'd hope our appeal would be in the community you would find here. We host a weekly bible bible study for flatmates and friends alike. There is a range of denominations and churches represented amongst us, which can lead to some interesting conversations.
Your flatmates would consist of 3 males and 4 females, with a range of students and workers in all sorts of industries.
Our flat is divided up of two buildings, 3 bedrooms in the back and 5 in the front. Each house has a bathroom, kitchen and living room. Both houses are dry with a heat pump for those cold nights in winter.
The landlords are good to deal with. We have been able to make lots of garden beds, a firepit, garage for bikes & fridge freezer.
Rent will be $155 inclusive ($135 exclusive) $5 of which covers milk, toiletries and cleaning supplies. Bond is two weeks rent.
