Hi there! Welcome to our little corner of canz. Our flat of 8 is currently looking for one person to move in around the end of Jan and another two around April.
We aim to be a community orientated flat, lifting eachother up, enjoying eachother's company and doing the odd thing in our community.
We are small bunch of Christians who aim to gather together once a week for a flat bible study, there's no specific denomination or church we attend.
Our flat is divided up of two buildings, 3 bedrooms in the back and 5 in the front. We currently have a couple living in the back unit so it's split evenly 4 and 4 people in each unit. Each house has a bathroom, kitchen and living room.
The landlords are good to deal with. We have lots of garden space, a firepit, garage for bikes & fridge freezer, and one of the flatmates has built a carport for their tools.
Rent is going up from 150 inclusive, the final amount is TBD. We pay (included in the 150) $5 to cover milk, toiletries and cleaning supplies.
