The bedroom available is a medium sized room (see photo) - $227.50/week plus expenses (typically ~$80/month for power and gas). The room will be available from Sunday 11 January. The bedroom has built in wardrobes. Plus, there's plenty of storage all around the house. There is a bathroom upstairs shared between the three upstairs bedrooms and a toilet downstairs for everyone to use.
Our flat is a large two storey house nestled in the Western end of Johnsonville. It has a nice big lounge with separate kitchen and dining room spaces. For those chilly Wellington winters, we have three heat pumps around the house to keep it toasty and warm. There's double parking in front of the garage and plenty of street parking available. The 1JW bus is a 2min walk away, and the Johnsonville Train Station is also within walking distance. And the Johnsonville shops are just a few minutes away by car.
