We are girl's flat looking for two female professional flatmates to join us in Forrest Hill.

Rent and Bills 

• Room 1 (Master bedroom with ensuite, unfurnished)(Available immediately) - $175 per week excluding expenses (water, power, electricity and wifi $20/week)
• Room 2 (Photos to come)(Available end of March/beginning of April) - $155 per week excluding expenses ($20/week)
• Move-in cost: 2 week's rent in advance + bond

• 6-bedroom house with 3 bathrooms (one is an ensuite).
• The house is two story, with three bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs.
• The master bedroom is upstairs with an ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and deck access.
• Room 2 is upstairs with easy access to the kitchen and bathroom (shared with 2 others).
• Off street car spaces available at the top of driveway.
• Great location, close to Wairau Valley for shopping and restaurants, bussing available to city from Sunnynook bus station (3 min drive), close proximity to the Motorway (5 min drive) and beach (5 min drive).

About the Flat

• We are a family style flat who love to have chats and look out for each other.
• We go to a variety of churches and are keen to encourage each other on our faith journeys.
• Ages range from 26 to early 40s.

Looking for someone who is:

• Active in the faith, easygoing, friendly.
• Always pays rent on time.
• Helps keep the place tidy and participates in the flat cleaning roster.
