We all go to Elim Dunedin and are a respectful, easygoing group who enjoy both social hangs at the flat & having our quiet time as well.
This 5 bed, 2 bath flat is fully furnished with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Rooms come with a double bed, study desk, clothing rack/hanger and a bedside table. Lounge has a larger TV than pictured and 3 couches.
Rent is $205 pw plus an extra $15 to go towards power and utilities. We find this usually covers the power each month (aside from the odd winter week when heaters are cranking!). There is also no bond.
