You'd be living with 4 other people - 2 men and 2 women ranging from mid 20s to mid 40s who all live diverse lives but enjoy having a good yarn and the occasional shared meal together. It is a rolling tenancy - each flatmate simply replaces themselves upon moving out. Some have been living here upwards of 5 years. It's a great home managed by lovely landlords who care deeply about it and the tenants.
Fully furnished/kitted out flat (but unfurnished bedroom). Bedroom has great storage for its size and has a double glazed window. Currently has a queen bed in there with space, would be more spacious if you have a smaller bed. You'll be sharing a bathroom with 3 other people. And we have 2 fridge/freezers shared between the flat.
3 minute walk to a number 2 bus stop. 20 minute walk to the centre of town. It's in a coupon parking zone, so tenants with cars can purchase a coupon exemption to park on the street: $122.50 for 12 months.
Rent is $215/week + $25/w for utilities and shared flat goods. Move in costs are two weeks rent in advance: $480 + bond: $430.
