Washing machine and dryer provided. Kitchen is sorted for appliances. Looking for a tidy, working, young adult. Parking is on the street (plenty of space). Wi-Fi is unlimited fiber. All the bedrooms are upstairs, and the downstairs combines living/kitchen/dining into a lovely open plan area with access to the back deck from the lounge.
We are a friendly flat with one gorgeous ragdoll cat, named Gimli. He's an indoor cat who's playful and loves to chase us all around the house. About us: my wife Sarah and I moved into the house in Oct 25, we both work. Madi recently moved in and works full time in health + safety. We're all in our early 20's. We love a good yarn and roasting marshmallows around the fire outside at the end of the day (marshmallows provided!). We're all fairly outdoorsy but also like a night in for a movie / card games.
