The House: A 2 minute walk into Featherston Town Center, easy access to State Highway 2, and a 15 minute walk to Featherston Train Station. The house is clean and tidy with a heat pump and fireplace. There is a modern kitchen and awesome deck and garden to enjoy. Extra storage can be negotiated in the garage if needed.
1 existing flatmate: I am a full-time high school teacher and I live a fairly settled lifestyle - I enjoy art and walking.
Ideal Flatmate: Responsible, clean/tidy, and respectful. Somewhat social, but independent.
Furnishings: Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, washing line and dryer in garage.
