We have a bike shed and a garage which stores 2 freezers. There is lots of lawn space outside, a vege garden, herb garden and a washingline. The house has recently had double glazing installed throughout it too and has two fridges and renovated bathrooms. There is space for 5 cars in our driveway but also plenty of off-street parking as well.
There are five of us living here currently. We’re quite a social bunch who love activities and games. Our flat is between 20-26 year olds, four guys and one girl.

Christchurch Adventure Park is a short 10-minute drive.
South West Baptist Church is down the driveway and across the road.
A short walk away is Spreydon Reserve and a 15-minute walk away is Pioneer Recreation & Sports Centre.
Most workplaces in the CBD are less than a 15-minute bike ride away.
