We are looking for a clean and tidy, Christian, female flatmate who is not an at home party animal but does like to socialise. We would like this to be a home environment where you are happy to live in the entire house and do not feel restricted to your room. We would love it if you become a friend. If you speak Spanish that would be great as one of us is learning Spanish.
Description: There is one double bedroom with a double wardrobe for rent.
The shower pressure is great! There is a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tv, and electric and gas heaters. There is a large living room and outdoor area as well.
There is a large spacious backyard which is fully fenced. Ashurst park is out the back gate so no rear neighbours. There is also a garage that can be used for storage and there is a carport for a car and plenty of off road parking.
The Base Shopping Centre is just a short walk away.
Household chores would be managed and split between us. We are currently splitting food costs and sharing the cooking duties. We would love it if you would like to do this as well.
Costs: The double room is $222 per week including power, gas and internet. Bond is $660.
The room is available from the 4th of March.
We pay for a lawn service every three weeks which is covered by the food costs so if you do not want to share flat food, there will be a small additional cost to cover that.
About us: We are both Christian females in our 20’s who attend Gateway Church. We have 2 cats who will give you lots of love once they get to know you. We like singing, chatting, creative things/crafts, reading, cosplay and DnD, musicals, opshopping, food, some forms of exercise (like football) and one of us is learning Spanish.
