Parking is off street.
Rent is not inclusive of power/internet/flat expenses. These add to an extra $25-30 per week, roughly.
You will be moving in with two other female flatmates in their mid 20s, both working full time, they are very nice people to live with. We are looking for a female flatmate only (sorry guys!!) also in their mid-20's.
